These sessions are designed for those who are moving through self-reflection and change and would like support along the way. This is not therapy or treatment, but a calm, attentive conversation to help you sort through what’s present, clarify decisions, learn to connect with your intuition, and trust yourself more deeply.

What This Space Is For

This one-hour session is a space-holding and mentorship call. Together, we may explore:

  • Reflections arising from your journaling or workbook practice

  • Patterns you’re noticing in your habits, energy, or inner dialogue

  • Holistic perspectives on nourishment, routines, and self-trust

  • An open space to express what’s present with your wellness

There is no agenda to fix or diagnose you. The intention is clarity, integration, self-connection, and intuitive, mindful shifts that honour your best self.

  • Thoughtful reflection and grounded perspective

  • A conversation that centers your inner authority

  • No complicated plans, simply a clarity call and, if helpful, one small point of focus to carry forward

$50 – $150 CAD for a 60-minute video call
